At Milo Appliance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a simple process for returns and refunds. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
By purchasing from Milo Appliance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be in unused, unopened condition (including original packaging and tags) unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts cannot be returned unless they were defective upon arrival.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name and description
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable) of the product, packaging, or damages
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the product, including any necessary return authorization details.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued in cash if the product is eligible for a return. We will arrange for the refund to be processed at the time the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 4 business days. You will be contacted via email once the refund has been processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
- We may ask you to send us photos or videos of the damage for verification purposes.
- If the product is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund depending on availability and your preference.
- In cases of defective items, return shipping fees will be covered by Milo Appliance.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Opened or used products (except in cases of defects)
- Products sold as clearance items or final sale items
- Items that have been tampered with, customized, or altered in any way
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, cleaning products)
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you must return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item. The usual return process and timelines will apply.
7. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped.
- After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellations cannot be processed.
8. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if the product is:
- Not returned in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and unopened).
- Missing parts or accessories.
- Outside the designated return window.
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will refund the shipping charges in addition to the cost of the product.
