By placing an order with Milo Appliance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery

Please note that we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method for all orders. No other payment methods  are accepted at this time.

  • When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation with details on the COD amount.
  • You will be required to pay for your order in full when it is delivered to your designated address.

2. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the product(s) and the delivery address.
  • Processing Time: We process all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed.
  • Shipping Time: The shipping time depends on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 3 to 4 business days from the order processing date.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping fees for deliveries within our designated service areas.
  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to  areas, cities, or regions covered. For locations outside our delivery zone, please contact us at [email protected] to inquire about special arrangements.

4. Delivery Process

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email notification with the expected delivery date and a tracking number (if available).
  • Our delivery team will bring the items to your doorstep. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the order and pay the total amount due in cash.
  • Important: The cash payment must be made to the delivery driver at the time of delivery. We do not accept any other form of payment.

5. Delivery Timing

  • Our standard delivery hours are from  9:00  to 6:00 , Monday to Friday.
  • We are unable to provide specific delivery time slots, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery within the expected time frame.

6. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48  hours after placing the order.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered promptly, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or issues with local postal services.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a return and replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
  • Please provide photos or other evidence of any damage when you contact us to help us process your claim faster.

9. Return and Exchange Policy

  • As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and only ship items once the payment has been made, please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
  • If you need to return or exchange a product, you can do so under our Return Policy, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition.
